Viptktk's Terms & Conditions

Viptktk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and viptktk. By creating or using an account on our platform, you automatically agree to all of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. viptktk only operates in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal and permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing this service from your location is lawful.

To open an account with viptktk, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete and accurate personal information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

After registration, we may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time to verify your identity. Failure to submit the required documents promptly may result in a temporary account suspension.

Viptktk supports deposits and withdrawals through various mobile banking methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following payment terms in mind:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Deposits are typically instant. In the event of network issues, funds will be credited within 30 minutes at most.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It will only be converted to real balance once the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Viptktk regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please review the general terms below:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once, on their first deposit.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Viptktk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Separate wagering conditions may apply to winnings from free spins or free bets.

The following rules apply when placing bets on viptktk:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a pre-match bet is accepted after the event has already started, it will be considered void and the full stake will be returned.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned after half-time, the bet will be considered void.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the odds will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.
• Viptktk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is proven, all related bets will be voided and the account will be closed.

Viptktk takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The following principles are strictly upheld across our platform:

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• The Self-Exclusion feature allows you to close your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• During a cooling-off period, you can take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Our team monitors suspicious activity and will reach out to members when necessary.

Viptktk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to compromise platform security or harm other members.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no rule violations, it will be refunded after verification. Bonus balance, however, will never be refunded.

Viptktk treats the protection of your personal data as its highest priority. Any information we collect is used solely to improve our platform's services and to meet legal obligations.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

• Once your complaint is submitted, you will receive a ticket number.
• Viptktk's decision shall be considered final; however, members remain free to pursue independent legal recourse.
• Bangladesh law will apply in the event of any legal dispute.

Viptktk is not liable for:

• Missed or delayed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues caused by third-party service failures (mobile banking, internet providers).
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account login credentials with others.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or server attacks.
